Marianne McBeth is an experienced Arkansas Certified Mediator for Civil and for Domestic Relations Cases. In addition, she has been an assistant faculty member for mediation trainings at the National Judicial College. Mediations can be either court-ordered or voluntary, and often result in successful agreements between the parties. Engaging in mediation will allow you to retain control of choices for your case and avoid the uncertainty of a trial being decided by a judge or jury.
Notary Public services are available for a reasonable fee. Proper identification, personal appearance and fluency in English are state requirements for Notary Public services.
Weddings: Marianne McBeth is legally authorized to perform civil weddings due to her tenure as a District Judge. Weddings can be performed in her office or at another location.
For some matters and cases, clients may only need partial representation. This can be a cost-effective option and is handled on a case-by-case basis after carefully reviewing the facts and circumstances. Call for an appointment to discuss if this option is appropriate for your situation.
